according to the Minister of industry, trade and entrepreneurship development of the region Andrey Goncharov, the number of such enterprises – the Novosibirsk company “Biosan”, which is the only one in Russia produces components for the PCR kits required for diagnosis, including coronavirus, and plans to increase capacity. Together with the regional industry development Fund, the Ministry is considering the measures of state support in connection with the expansion of the enterprise of “Zdravmedtekh-N”, which produces all the components for the costume of doctor-infectiologist and provides the needs of organizations across Russia.
Andrei Goncharov reminded that all necessary sanitary measures at the enterprises of the region, reopened, must be strictly adhered to until the end of the pandemic.
acting Minister of economic development of Novosibirsk region Lev Reshetnikov noted that the range of business support measures designed primarily to assist the 10 most affected sectors, in which is involved no less than 57 thousand inhabitants of the region. These are the enterprises working in the field of aviation services, organization, culture, tourism, hospitality, catering, dopobrazovaniya, conference and exhibition activities, as well as providing household dental services.
As reported in a press-service of the regional government, among the main directions of state support of business – postponement of payment of taxes and insurance premiums, an additional deferral (installments) on taxes. As noted by Leo Reshetnikov, many banks have already received applications for the granting of delays of payments on the basic debt with the extension of the payment schedule. Dozens of banks consider the applications for interest-free loans for the payment of salaries, many of these loans are approved.
an Important direction is such as postponement of payment of rent, which is provided in relation to immovable property located in state, municipal or private property, except residential premises. However, utilities must be paid, – said the acting Minister.
