acting Minister of economic development of the region Lev Reshetnikov said that among the proposals is providing the business entities to specify NACE code, which is assigned to core economic activities, and expand code NACE. Also, the government believe that the measures of state support should extend to systemically important organizations, which are included in the Federal list and regional backbone organizations. It is necessary to expand the list of credit institutions participating in the programme providing soft loans at the rate of two percent per annum, to grant to subjects of the Russian Federation the ability to extend the terms of payment of tax on property of organizations.
the Regional government also launched an initiative to simplify the procedures of negotiation and decision, when it comes to the allocation limits surety of the credit institution.
