Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on social policy Elena Bibikova talked about what categories of pensioners in next month the government will index payments. The changes will affect Trustees.
“Since July 1, the indexation of pensions will be made to those retirees who are guardians or Trustees on a reimbursable basis – that is, get a reward from the state. The same rule applies to foster families”, – quotes Bibikova “the parliamentary newspaper”.
the Senator noted that the first of these categories of pensioners do not have indexed pensions, since they were considered as insured persons in the mandatory pension insurance system is working. From 1 July they are insured will cease to be, and therefore will be considered idle.
According to Bibikova, pensions mentioned categories of citizens will index in such a way as to take into account the indexes for all years in which the recipients were in status of guardians or Trustees.
“That is, if a man was a guardian for three years, all indexes three years will take into account, – said the Senator.
At the same time for indexing will not need to apply to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, recalculation of pension will be carried out without the application of polocies.
