Police in Central Moscow detained a woman with a dog. On the back of the animal was a banner reading “save Patrick”.
The TV channel “Rain” has published a video which shows how three policemen under the loud barking of a dog grabbed the woman and tried to take to service the car. The Muscovite stood up for the residents of the area. After some time, the woman was released without a Protocol.
Residents of the Patriarchal ponds are opposed to the changes of the architectural appearance of historic buildings and periodically check on the pickets.
