So, about 80 people received fines for lack of personal protective equipment at retail outlets. Also due to different violations, including for failure to comply with the workers regime or a lack of information about the necessity of wearing masks and gloves, was fined 89 of the enterprise.
“the Penalties are there [for organizations] from 100 to 300 thousand rubles. It is clear that it will be at the discretion of the court, but in any case penalties will be applied”, — said Nemeryuk.
On may 12, after the introduction of the glove and mask mode about a third of Muscovites took to the streets without personal protective equipment. For failure to comply with requirements can receive a fine of four or five thousand rubles, but on the first day of action of the offenders carried a warning.
