The Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev (Mari El Republic) supported the introduction in Moscow of digital badges to transport it, calling them “appropriate.” On 11 April, he said in an interview to RT.
He noted that the use of digital badges can those people who really need to make the trip, despite all the risks associated with this move.
“I fully support this measure. Now too high a risk for the whole society. We have not yet passed the peak of the epidemic”, —said Kosachev.
In addition, he stressed that at this stage of development of the epidemiological situation associated with the spread of coronavirus infection in the Metropolitan area, all measures are appropriate if they are not pronounced radical prohibition.
