The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin reported that he had signed a government resolution on the facilitation of employment for women with children under 3 years and elderly people.
"Signed a government resolution that will give our citizens more opportunities for employment. We are talking about women with children under three years of age and older people after retirement or leave to care for a child should be retrained or to improve their skills" — Mishustin said at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.
Organization of such educational programs is done by the public employment service in the regions, he said.
"However, to date they had no right independently to conclude contracts and to allocate subsidies to those who directly carries out training. The funds were distributed from the budgets of the regions concerned, this delayed and complicated the necessary procedures. We eliminate this legal gap, now employment service in the regions will be able directly to conclude an agreement on the allocation of grants to organizations or individual entrepreneurs, which conduct programs of training and retraining in the framework of the national project "Demography", — said the Prime Minister.
