The signals of extraterrestrial civilizations can now do on the Ground: there is a chance that humanity doesn’t understand their principle. This opinion was expressed in an interview with TASS, Executive Director of the Russian space Agency on promising programs and science Alexander Bloshenko.
According to him, to be sure that the universe is by far the "silent" impossible, though artificial signals from the Universe today is not recorded. "it is possible that through the Ground are some signals based on non-classical principles that are incomprehensible to us today", – said Bloshenko.
Executive Director of Roscosmos added that the discovery of planets of other star systems in the "habitable zone" implies that there are places in the Universe conducive to life. "currently known about the existence of approximately 4 thousand exoplanets [planets around other stars]. However, only us in the visible Universe there are more than two trillion galaxies, each of which may be trillions of planets. And the likelihood that some of them has life like ours, big enough," he said.
Bloshenko also said that in the study of carbonaceous meteorites in composition detect substances in the terrestrial environment are waste products. In particular, this "organized elements" microscopic, the size of 5-50 µm, "single-celled" education, often has a pronounced double-walled, pores, spikes, and so on. Definitely not proven that these fossils belong to the remains of any forms of extraterrestrial life.
Bloshenko said that to date information about extraterrestrial highly organized life scientists do not have.
