The Minister of health of Turkey Fahrettin koca spoke about the increase in cases of infection with coronavirus in the country. According to him, on the territory of the Republic can introduce new limitations.
He noted that in Istanbul and Izmir, the peak incidence has passed, however, the wave COVID-19 continues, RIA Novosti reported.
In Central Turkey and in the Eastern provinces of the peak has not been reached, the number of cases of coronavirus is gradually increasing. If necessary, can be radical measures, he stressed.
The Minister noted that for the period of Eid al-Fitr (July 31 — August 3) new restrictions to enter is not planned. The citizens should always wear a mask and comply with social distance.
On 28 July, the country recorded 963 new cases of infection with coronavirus, 15 patients died.
