Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree obliged all urban enterprises and institutions who are allowed to work in conditions of high alert, to disinfect and provide a social distance of 1.5 meters between the employees and the visitors.

Sobyanin explained that this decision was made to implement enacted amendments to the administrative code that establish liability for violating the regime of high alert. The requirement to comply with social distance operates, among other things, in stores.
In the list of organizations that can continue working in conditions of high alert, was added to the opticians, as well as companies providing services on the basis of a medical license.
For violations of the requirements for social distancing individual entrepreneurs face a fine of 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.
