The police of London Benjamin Hannam on Thursday charged with terrorism, said in a statement to the police.
"the Officer, who is on probation in the London police, was today, July 9, charged with five offences following an investigation by counter-terrorism command (London police – ed.)", – said in a statement the Metropolitan police.
It is reported that Benjamin Hannam is charged with crimes committed from 2016 to 2018, including participation in activities of the banned far-right organization National Action and possession of indecent images of children. According to the police of London, Hannam when joining the police gave false information about himself that he is not a terrorist organization.
Hannam was released on bail, he will appear before a magistrates court in London’s Westminster on 6 August.
