The people’s militia self-proclaimed Luhansk people’s Republic recorded the undermining of a mine truck with Ukrainian servicemen at the line of contact in Donbas, said on Thursday to journalists the official representative of the defense Ministry LNR Yakov Osadchiy.
Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine stated that the commander of the battalion patrol special police "Lugansk-1" Sergei Gubanov killed while carrying out assignments at the line of contact in Luhansk region of Ukraine, three soldiers were injured. According to the interior Ministry of Ukraine, the circumstances of the incident are established.
"this morning our observers recorded the fact of a landmine explosion allegedly truck the 93 brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces during its movement from the settlement of the Crimean in the direction of the settlement Lower (territory controlled by Kiev – ed.). According to our data, by undermining one Ukrainian militant killed and three others injured," – said Osadchiy.
He said that according to the people’s militia LNR, the night before, units of the brigade 93 VF of Ukraine carried out the mining area in the area.
"Apparently, due to the inherent militants of the Ukrainian armed forces negligence, new minefields were not resolved in the schema of minefields," suggested Osadchiy.
