LUHANSK, 21 APR – RIA Novosti. The people’s militia self-proclaimed Lugansk people’s Republic accused the Ukrainian security forces in the mining area the road along the route of patrol of the Special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE in Kiev-controlled area of the settlement Popasnaya in the Donbass.
Earlier, the people’s militia LNR accused the Ukrainian security forces in mining the road along the route of patrol of the OSCE mission in the area of the Kiev-controlled city of Happiness.
“According to our intelligence, militants of the 30th brigade (Ukrainian security forces – ed.) made mining to the East of the settlement Popasnaya, setting 46 anti-tank mines in close proximity to the roadway that is regularly used for the movement of civilians and patrols of SMM OSCE”, – told reporters the official representative of the national police LNR Yakov Osadchiy.
