the head of the RK Sergey Aksenov has appointed the Minister of property and land relations of the Republic of Crimea Larissa Kulinich. The corresponding decree published on the official website of the Crimean government.
Kulinich graduated from Sumy state agrarian University (economist-accountant and Odessa regional Institute of public administration National Academy of public administration under the President of Ukraine (government).
In 2001-2014 years worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, Deputy head and head of the Department of property management, Deputy head of Fund of property of Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
From September 2014 to July 2017 – the Deputy Minister of property and land relations of the Republic of Crimea. July 2017 has held the post of first Deputy property relations of the Republic.
As reported, in June the state Council of the Crimea agreed on the appointment of the then Minister of property and land relations of the RK Anna Anichini to the position of Vice Prime Minister of the government of the Republic. Previous post she has held since July 2015.
