This list does not include those convicted of corruption, rape, murder and crimes associated with drugs.
“Inpec began the use of incentives granted to the first 44 persons deprived of their liberty. Forty are men and four are women,” wrote the Institute on Twitter.
As specified, a transfer was made 19 people with a temporary measure to house arrest in the coming days, will transfer the remaining 25 people.
