"We are at war with an invisible enemy, and since we are at war, we will not debate; citizens in times of war only obey", – said the Minister, whose statement was broadcast by state television.
According to him, "since Tuesday the entire city of Santa Cruz will be militarized, service supply and other basic services will be (work – ed) limited time".
At the same time, the head of the health Department Santa Cruz Oscar Urenda noted that the militarization of the need to prevent new cases of infection. However, he warned that in the coming days can be registered a sharp increase in positive tests for coronavirus for detection of cases who are still asymptomatic.
