In the fall of 2019, as reported by “the Rambler”, Shamsutdinov shot two officers and six of his colleagues on the territory of military unit in the village of Mountain in Zabaykalsky Krai. In its relation criminal case under article “Murder”.
In the second half of June, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has completed investigation of the case. Today Tugushev told that the protection Shamsutdinova signed the Protocol about completion of familiarisation with the case materials and solicited for the proceedings before the jury and call witnesses for the defense.
Also the lawyer reported that the case Shamsutdinova there is another fact of hazing and abuse of power. It was discovered during the familiarization with the case materials.

In March the Chita garrison military court recognised Ruslana ordinary Mukhatova guilty in the case of the hazing, one of the victims which took place Shamsutdinov. He was sentenced to two years imprisonment and a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
