The Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia on Monday extended a state of emergency, imposed due to coronavirus infection, until August 12, the correspondent of RIA Novosti.
"Announced on 16 March and extended until July 13, the state of emergency is extended to 17.00 (16.00 GMT) 12 Aug", – said at a government meeting, Minister of justice Rustam badasyan, introducing the draft decision approved by the government.
According to him, this is the fourth prolongation.
In Armenia to combat the spread of coronavirus declared a state of emergency from March 16 to July 13. In the country, according to Sunday identified 31969 infections, 565 people died.
