A sports base with ice arenas, swimming pools and halls for game sports will be built in Kosino-Ukhtomsky. A land lease agreement has already been concluded with the investor who was selected based on the results of the auction.
The sports base will be located between Saltykovskaya and Medvedev streets near the Saltykovsky Forest Park.
The sports base will have two ice arenas, swimming pools, halls for game sports, a hotel, medical offices and other infrastructure necessary for athletes’ accommodation and training. The investor plans to build the facility within five years.
