The President of the United States Donald trump commented on Twitter the completion of the transaction OPEC+ to reduce oil production.
According to him, the agreements will allow to save hundreds of thousands of jobs in the energy sector in the United States.

On 12 April, the Ministers of economy OPEC+ came to an agreement to reduce oil production in may-June 2020 9.7 million barrels per day.

Russia did not support the proposal on additional reduction of oil production by 1.5 million b/d in the second quarter of 2020. After the failure of the transaction the price of oil fell by 30%.
