Prisoner Andrew had barricaded themselves in the industrial zone, everything around him is burning. He says that somewhere I saw corpses. I asked how many wounded. He said – everything.”
SU TFR in the Irkutsk region opened a criminal case, informs RIA “news”. “In the Irkutsk region on the fact of rebellion in the colonies criminal case on signs of the crime provided by part 3 of article 321 of the criminal code (disorganization of activity of correctional institutions)”, – stated in the message.
