Golden Retriever named Tim has all chances to become a big star. He touches navigatsionnykh people are supposed to fall in love with movie stars, and produces an irresistible impression on children. Actress Julia Melnikova spent with Tim on the set of the series “Katya and black” quite a long time and now seriously thinking about getting back to get a dog. “MK” contacted Julia and heard her impression of a four-legged partner.
At the moment, Julia, like all her colleagues understands the science of full immersion in the everyday concerns. Together with her husband Paul Trubiner and daughter Elizabeth, the actress is enjoying the suburban in the spring and calls it a pleasant time for a well deserved holiday overwhelmed with work in recent years. One of the projects of the actress became the TV series “Katya and black” about the investigator and the dog indifferent to deductive methods. For the actress, who played in many historical and family dramas, role in ironic detective can seem like a cakewalk, but Yulia doesn’t agree.
“I’ve had roles in movies where there are irony and humor, for example in the series “an Ordinary woman” by Boris Khlebnikov. I do close this genre, — says the actress in an interview with “MK”. But on this shoot I have never worked with a dog. And for Tim, too, was a debut. He unusual cinematic dog that is well trained and is often withdrawn. This is his first role and he had directly in the process of learning the commands.”
when the frame Julia had never worked with dogs, how about a pet knows a lot about them. For twelve years her family lived a faithful four-legged friend but some time ago the universal favorite, died. Going to an audition, the actress is expecting to see a typical movie about the police dog, but was a surprise for her, namely a Golden Retriever that is the same breed dog that lived in the family of Julia.
“For me it was solved when I saw a completely same face. Such could not move. For me the Golden Retriever — best breed in the world, very smart and good dog, a good listener, easily trained, so working with her was a pleasure”, — says the actress.
But in spite of such a pleasant coincidence, getting started was exactly the same as in all other scenes involving animals. Julia and Tim had to get used to each other, though this process has taken more concern for the rest of the crew than for future partners. Almost everyone who was on the set really wanted to pet Tim, pull his ears, play with him. But doing it was strictly forbidden to all except the Yulia Melnikova. Only she was allowed to pet a dog, to walk with her and give treats. “The dog people got to know me and realized I was on the shooting of the commander and master, the firstthe first time we were together all the time. Had lunch in my trailer, vacationing together,” says the actress.
Shooting involving animals are always more difficult because the usual actors to play with the four-legged too easy. Dogs don’t teach acting, they just carry the team and thus appear in the frame so natural that on the background for even seasoned actors tend to get lost. Everyone on the set know about this problem.
“of Course if you are constantly thinking about the fact that the dog in the shot is natural and you play, then you have nothing — sure Julia. — So we tried not to play. So it came that in this project I was filming with my classmates, Marina Drovosekova, Sergey Gromov, Alexander Gorkinym. We graduated from the school-Studio of the Moscow art theatre Konstantin Raikin. We have a well-organized company, we know each other for many years, working together in the “Satyricon”, where he released many productions. So we became friends including the dog…”
Some scenes from the series filmed in almost untouched by civilization suburban areas. The amazing beauty of nature and good weather have formed a great tandem and so the actress sometimes took to shooting little daughter.
“Elizabeth, then, was a year and nine months and during breaks in filming, she just never left Tim. They were lying in a clearing, Lisa was grabbing him by the ears and face, and Tim lay next to. Watching them was very nice”, — says the actress.
it is possible that after such tender scenes and there was a rumor like Julia got a new dog. But as it turned out, the replenishment of the family of the actress has not happened yet. “I really wanted after the shooting, again to get a dog, — said the actress. — We saw many different puppies and we have even lived for a time in trial mode. But we realized that we only need Golden. Apparently only the breed is good enough for me and our entire family.”
According to the actress, in isolation she is considering several new proposals and it is hoped that in the near future will return to the shooting, and then, once that is resolved and on the home scene “the Satyricon”. It is not excluded that under the impression of the shooting with Tim, Julia will regain the status of the mistress of the dog.
