In the 4th rolling plant Alexander Motorin working for 31 years. Came to the practice of vocational school No. 13, “source of manpower” steel giant, in 1983. And so it remained. The choice of a profession before 18-year-old boy did not stand. In Magnitogorsk at the mill working the entire family dynasty, he had worked for his father – in his footsteps and went. The basics of the profession comprehended directly in production, worked on all phases of rental: from rough-in to the site on which the metal is rolled completely with millimeter precision. Here and became the operator of the wheelhouse.
Work is complex, difficult and responsible, – have explained in a press-service MMK. – Steel billet on the mill gradually converted into the finest steel. Depending on the specification, grade of steel, the operator sometimes has several hours to spend on your feet, test each step to achieve the desired characteristics. And Alexander E. knows his business like no other. On account of his not one innovation that has resulted in real improvement of quality of products.
Knowing the modesty of Alexander Motorin, the plant warned to boast about will not. But his site is always order – out quality metal for the last five years never inferior to the same period in 99,55 per cent. With such pride, and tells about the family. Married before the army, together with his wife went through a difficult 90-e, stood up, raised two daughters. Plant and family were the main points of support. “When you have a job-nurse and you perfectly understand that such a boat is who’s shake?”, – smiles Alexander.
Another old hobby Metallurgist – rock music. It’s still at school, when they organized their group several times and even played in discos. Love good old rock carried through life. And even to work year-round walks in an unchanged attribute rockers leather jackets. Loves Queen, Nazareth, Axel Rudi Pell, Metallica. And believes that music to listen at home or at a concert. But not in the headphones. Ina��e it is not the effect.
As reported in PAO “MMK”, in Soviet times, the title Hero of Socialist Labor, was awarded 57 Magnitogorsk, including 41 plant worker. Among the latter, and “people’s Director” Ivan Romazan.
