MOSCOW, 30 April/ Radio Sputnik. Beer producers will temporarily allow the manufacture of alcoholic antiseptics, told reporters, state Secretary – Deputy Minister of Finance Alexey Sazanov.
According to him, the Finance Ministry has already prepared the corresponding decree. Manufacturers of beer whose equipment is equipped with automatic counters measure the volume of finished products, will receive a temporary production permit for non-commercial purposes of a certain amount of alcohol-containing disinfectants.
to obtain such permit to pay a state fee is not necessary.
Manufacture of antiseptics, he said, can be accessed from the alcohol-containing waste production of non-alcoholic beer, as well as from ethyl alcohol purchased on their own technical purpose.
At the same time manufacturers will be required to pass in USAIS information on the volume of production of disinfectants and also on the volumes of used waste alcohol and ethyl alcohol.
