It is noted that the first quest within the framework of the health and educational project will begin at VDNH on June 15 at 17:00. Before and after the exercise, each participant will be measured blood pressure, pulse, the amount of oxygen in the blood to track the dynamics of indicators.
As specified in the material, the routes start near the pavilion “Healthy Moscow” and end there. Groups of up to 15 people will pass the quest under the guidance of a doctor, all participants of the walk will be able to ask him questions about his specialization. Routes of different duration and intensity are selected for different groups. There are five control points on each of them, which the participants must find using the map. The checkpoints are dedicated to various medical topics. Participation in the events is free for everyone, pre-registration is not required.
