In Moscow at the age of 59 years died a former mayor of Kaliningrad Yury Savenko. This was announced by the Deputy of the state Duma from the Kaliningrad region Alexander Yaroshuk.
“Yuri Savenko died in recent months, he was in the hospital in Moscow, was in a serious condition”, — quotes RIA Novosti his words.
It is clarified that in January Savenko was hospitalized due to a head injury. In February, in a coma, he was transported to the Institute of emergency care named Sklifosovsky in Moscow.
Savenko was the mayor of Kaliningrad from 1998 to 2007.
Earlier it became known about the death at the age of 74 years, the former candidate in US presidents of Herman Cain.
