Investigators had been looking for the fugitive since Friday. That evening, a 41-year-old had turned his car onto federal highway 214 when there was a collision with the 30-year-old’s car. The 13-year-old daughter of the 41-year-old driver died. She died at the scene of the accident. He himself, his 44-year-old passenger and a 15-year-old were seriously injured in the accident.
The 30-year-old driver of the other car fled. But he left his car with a Celle license plate number behind. The arrested person is said to be the owner of the car.
