the Russian rocket Soyuz will launch from Kourou in French Guyana this fall.
As reported by the German centre for air and space DLR, the launch of the carrier rocket “Soyuz-ST” with the satellite of optical-electronic surveillance UAE Falcon Eye 2 was planned in the beginning of March, but had problems with the upper stage “Fregat”, and the launch had to be postponed.
