From Kourou in French Guiana launched the European heavy launch vehicle Ariane 5, reports TASS.
The rocket will orbit two communications satellites: satellite BSAT-4b for the Japanese Telecom operator and the satellite Galaxy 30 for international operator Intelsat. Also the rocket will be sent into space American machine MEV-2 for servicing American satellites.
Initially the launch was scheduled for 28 July but it was postponed several times due to technical problems and weather conditions.
