Quebec cinema continues to have a good start to the year: four films made here occupy the top ten positions at the box office for the weekend of March 10 to 12, according to the weekly report published by Cinéac.
For its first weekend, the gangster film Crépuscule pour un tueur, which stars Éric Bruneau, settled directly into sixth position with a box office of $121,371.
The animated film Katak, the brave beluga, which crossed the million mark last week, finds itself in fourth position three weeks after its release. And in their third week indoors, The Diver (eighth place) and Coco Ferme (tenth) are still on the charts.
For its first week in theaters, it was the horror film Scream VI that slipped into first place at the box office.
