the Format of the Presidium is provided in the Federal constitutional law of the country. It can be formed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers to resolve operational issues and prepare for meetings as needed. Decisions by the Presidium are taken by majority vote and must not be contrary to the acts made by the government. The government can overrule any decision of its Bureau.
