Also under the ban were large companies employing 20 or more than 20 percent of the average number of employees throughout the company towns.
In the Samara region there are two areas of advancing socio-economic development “Tolyatti and tchapaevsk” (ASEZ), which provide significant support for investment projects. The creation of an ADZ is directed on formation of favorable conditions for doing business and diversification of the economy, so in an ADZ installed a special legal regime of entrepreneurial and other activities, which includes tax breaks, reduced rates of insurance payments and low-rent for all residents.
