Instead of probation in the first place of work, the Federation has developed a draft one-year placement of graduates by subsidizing their salaries at the expense of the state.
This proposal was a response to the position of the Russian Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs. Employers believe that young professionals should be set a trial period on a General basis, whereas the draft amendments in the labor laws include a ban on such tests at the first employment of the graduate of professional educational institution.

“trade Unions proposed to introduce a new form of employment-like internships, which could give the experience first and become a workplace and to increase the competitiveness of young people on the labour market, – explained the Deputy Chairman of the FNPR, the rector of the Academy of labor and social relations Nina Kuzmina. – This will be the training of graduates for a period of 1 year with wage subsidies from the state. This measure will provide for employers an incentive to graduate employment mid-career professionals and bachelors”.
