Cadastral engineers will be easier to correct errors in land documents. Registered bodies quickly to them will show. The government submitted to the state Duma a bill on amendments to the law “On state registration of real estate”, among other things, expands the availability of electronic service “Personal account of the cadastral engineer”.
As recalled in the Federal cadastral chamber, now on the website of Rosreestr is working service “private office of the cadastral engineer”, which is communication with the cadastral engineer on the registration of rights. It is proposed to extend the functionality of such a service. Registered bodies in particular, will inform engineers on the suspension of state cadastral registration and state registration of rights, if this decision is accepted by results of consideration of documents of the cadastral engineer. Also cadastral engineers quickly learn that they have prepared the documents contained register an error.
As the head of the Federal cadastral chamber Vyacheslav Spirenkov, it will help to improve the quality of public services on the cadastral accounting and registration of rights. Last year the Federal cadastral chamber in cooperation with the Moscow Institute of geodesy and cartography launched a Corporate University in the field of land management for training of cadastral engineers. After all cadastral engineers every three years are required to confirm the right to conduct professional activities. Also at the site regularly holds webinars that allow cadastral engineers to pull up their knowledge in the design documents.
