In my opinion, aviation should not become the domain of the wealthy and the elite. Our task is to do everything to avoid this.
Who should instill in youth a love of aviation?
— There are many pre-University educational institutions such as boarding schools and cadet classes, the military Suvorov school, which has in varying degrees, aviation-oriented. There are circles at flying clubs.
