The city has put up for auction the right to place non—capital facilities – service stations and car washes in Zelenograd. The maximum area of the objects should not exceed 250 square meters.
Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until August 26. The contract with the winner will be concluded for 10 years.
Auctions for the right to place non-capital objects have been held in Moscow since 2019. The winners of the auction get the opportunity to place lightweight structures on city land without a foundation. This speeds up and reduces the cost of launching business projects.
