this week the staff of a talk show 62-year-old famous American TV presenter Ellen DeGeneres complained about the abusive and illegal actions of its producers. They said that they are often intimidated and discriminated against on racial grounds. After the scandal became public and it became known that the show will be subjected to internal investigation, Ellen wrote a public letter in which he apologized to the victims.
Hello, this is Ellen. On the first day of the show I told everyone at our first meeting that “Ellen DeGeneres” is a place of joy that no one will ever improve anyone’s voice and all will be treated with respect. Obviously, something changed, and I was disappointed when I learned it. And I’m sorry. Anyone who knows me, understands that this is contrary to what I believe and what I hoped to bring to the show,
she said.
DeGeneres said that without her team she would not be able to achieve such success, and said that an internal investigation has already begun. She expressed hope that as a result of it will fix many problems.
I am determined to make this not happen again. I also know that people who work with me say on my behalf and misrepresenting what I have actually, and it has to stop. As a person who was convicted and almost lost all of what was just to those who have, I do understand and feel deep compassion for those who look different or who are treated unfairly, or worse — ignored. Terrible for me to think that some of you have experienced similar feelings,

TV Presenter said she was pleased that the problems were brought to her attention, and promised to participate to push myself and others to development and growth.

After the scandal erupted, according to rumors, the Executive producer of the show ed Glavin going to leave his post.
