“This system will include a catalog of goods, works, services for the state defence order and to ensure the comparison of prices for uniform items order. This will protect purchases for defense purposes from unwarranted price increases and cartels”, – said the Chairman of the Association of lawyers of Russia Vladimir Gruzdev.
He noted that last summer the Russian government was allocated to work on the creation of information-analytical system of the state defense order 1 595 163,4 thousand rubles. A similar system has been operating for several years in public procurement of drugs.
