It is positive that the number of patients in intensive care and infection among the elderly are stable, says the epidemiologist.
Sweden now has a total of 110 deaths caused by coronaviruses. It informs statsepidemiolog Anders Tegnell.
This is an increase from 102 coronarelaterede deaths a day earlier.
One of the victims is a young man in the 30’s from the Jönköping region in Småland in southern Sweden, reports tv station SVT.
It has not been possible to ascertain whether the deceased had an underlying disease.
Around 3700 are confirmed infected with the coronavirus in Sweden. Saturday there was 3447 confirmed smittetilfælde. The figure has fallen from about 400 to 250 confirmed smittetilfælde.
