In the Chinese Autonomous region of Inner Mongolia in the North of the country, one person died from an intestinal form of plague. This occurred in the district of Darkhan-Umingan city district Baotou. About the disease with a fatal outcome was reported by the local health Committee.
Currently isolated 35 people exposed to the sick. The district introduced a state of increased epidemiological risk, which will last until the end of the year, as the authorities fear the emergence of local outbreaks of plague.
