The mayor of the city of Stavropol Andrey Dzhatdoev died at 58 year of life, said the Governor of Stavropol Krai Vladimir Vladimirov Thursday, April 30.
The head of the region expressed regret at the irreparable loss and called Dzhatdoeva “a worthy man and a loyal friend.”
