The Chairman of the Central election Commission of Russia, Ella Pamfilova said that early voting in the elections in September will be organized from 11 to 12 September and 13 September will be the main day of voting.
"Early voting will be held for two days. Primary election day is September 13, but in two days we suggest 11 and 12 September to conduct early voting", – Pamfilova said at the CEC session on Friday.
