Specialists of the Crimean Federal University suggested to use for water supply of Simferopol, located in the city springs. Examining the small traditional water experts have offered to send their resources to the water network. This was reported by the press service of the Kazan Federal University.
In Simferopol we know of 14 major sources with a total consumption of about 33 thousand cubic meters per day (per year more than 12 million cubic meters). Regime the hydrological monitoring was conducted by the Institute of Speleology and Karstology in the last five years, said senior lecturer in physical geography and geomorphology, geographical faculty of Kazan Federal University Gennady Samokhin. – On the sources you will need to make a special waterworks – kaptai for the collection of water and its delivery to the consumer. A significant portion of this water can be directed in the Simferopol reservoir.
