The 66-year-old TV host Oprah Winfrey has just announced that she is donating ten million dollars (approximately 69 million Danish kroner) to the charity.

she reveals in a posting on its twitterprofil.
Here she wrote: ‘I am impressed by the work the organizations are doing, and while everyone’s priority right now is to be home, so we have many, who are looking for ways in which we can help.’
In the advertisement, she reveals that she will donate a million dollars to the ‘Americas Food Fund’, which among other things has been founded by actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
‘Americas Food Fund’ has already received 12 million dollars in donations.
What should happen, with the last nine million dollars, has Oprah Winfrey not revealed yet.
But she has stated that the money will go to various americans around the country.
