According to Denis Zavarzin, today, the centre’s experts have identified about 30 subcultures that represents a threat to children and adolescents.
Recall, ANO “center for the study and monitoring of the youth environment” established by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs in October 2018. The center identifies content associated with cyberbullying, with suicidal manifestations, the spread of criminal subculture and other destructive tendencies among children, teenagers and youth.
