Not even his girlfriend knows the date for his return: In May, Baumgartl underwent cancer surgery for a tumor in his testicles. The plan for his return to the Irons’ training ground is already in place. He has “an appointment in mind, but not even my girlfriend knows it yet,” said the defensive man about his planned comeback.
