Nadezhda Babkina is conscious and is already called the son. This was told by the Executive Director of the theater “Russian song” Anton Sobyanin, commenting on media reports that the actress allegedly can’t speak and communicates only by gestures.
“Nadezhda Georgievna conscious, she can speak. It is yet hard, but she called to friend to son, all is well”, – said Sobyanin, RIA “Novosti”.
Earlier in mass media there was information that after disconnection from the ventilator system Nadezhda Babkina communicates with gestures, it is in the “inhibited” state and close to depression due to prolonged stay in the hospital.
As reported by “the Rambler”, a 70-year-old Nadezhda Babkina was hospitalized 1 April in a hospital in Kommunarka with bilateral pneumonia and suspected coronavirus. A few days Babkina was connected to a ventilator and was in a state of artificial coma.
