According to media reports, the border can be opened by the middle of summer, as quarantine measures in a number of countries gradually softened.
The newspaper cites the example of Austria, where shops resume, and two weeks later will see the opening of beauty salons and shopping malls in a month restaurants and cafes. According to the publication, similar measures become applicable in Germany, Spain and Italy.
The article also said that with the improvement of the situation following these measures should go to the opening of the internal borders, and then external, in accordance with the recommendations of the European Commission.
"Between each of these stages must pass at least a month. It turns out that Europe is to open in mid-summer", – said in the newspaper.
