An old woman was probably shot at and injured with an airgun on her balcony in Berlin. The 96-year-old wanted to water flowers in the Britz district of Neukölln on Tuesday afternoon, the police said.
Suddenly she heard two pops and then felt pain in her hand and head. She found two bleeding wounds and called an ambulance, who took her to a clinic.
According to initial police findings, the woman suffered injuries from small projectiles that were probably fired from an airgun. The criminal police are investigating.
