According to him, formally, now the mayor’s Executive order is the requirement for mandatory wearing of masks and gloves in public transport, retail and workplace. For violation of these requirements will be administrative liability.
"In other public places it is recommended to wear masks and gloves for their own safety. This is a sanitary standards, where you face other people, it is desirable to have means of individual protection, since the spread of coronavirus infection continues, this is a reasonable approach.
